I had a lovely three-day break at a beautifully appointed one-bedroom apartment that overlooked the pool. It felt more like a home than a typical hotel stay, which was great for relaxation. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed during my visit, but they did offer a light breakfast at a reasonable price. Plus, there are so many wonderful dining options nearby, so it wasn't a big issue.

Rooms
10.0
The apartment was spacious, cozy, and felt like a home away from home, with a great layout and views of the pool.
Service

While I didn't have direct interactions with the staff, the service at the restaurant for breakfast was adequate, and I appreciated the management providing light breakfast options.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping centers and beautiful beaches close by. It was nice to have a swimout pool from our room, although we didn't get to use it due to restrictions.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast options were limited since the main restaurant was closed, but the light breakfast provided was reasonably priced. It's also easy to find nearby cafes with better offerings.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were quite good, especially the pool area, but it would be nice if there were more heating options available for the pool.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort, with spacious and comfortable rooms that felt like a home away from home. The gigantic pool was a highlight, perfect for both kids and adults. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the Wi-Fi could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, a great experience with just a few minor hiccups.

My recent stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The pool was an absolute highlight and great for relaxation, though the rooms could use a thorough cleaning and better maintenance. While the location is beautiful and convenient, the service at reception left something to be desired, especially for requests like room preferences. Overall, I would consider returning, especially when the weather is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor amenities.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were in need of a good cleaning and maintenance. I had expected an extra-large double bed, but it turned out to be two singles pushed together, which was quite uncomfortable. There were also some cleanliness issues, including stains and bugs, which really detracted from the experience.
Service
6.0
While the staff I interacted with were friendly, I found the reception's assistance with requests lacking. It felt like they weren't empowered to offer solutions, which made my experience somewhat frustrating.
Location
9.0
The location is absolutely beautiful, perfect for days by the pool or beach. It is also conveniently close to shops and attractions, which makes it easy to explore the area.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were decent but could have been better. I would recommend exploring other nearby cafes for a more satisfying meal experience.
Facilities
8.0
The highlights were definitely the pool areas, which were well-maintained and inviting. Other facilities seemed okay but not exceptional.

The hotel ended up being a mixed bag for us. We were greeted with extremely friendly staff who seemed eager to help, but we faced some frustrating issues from the start. The location was great, being near shopping and the beach, but the dining options left a lot to be desired as the restaurant was closed during our stay. The facilities were decent, but not without their quirks and inconveniences.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were decent but unfortunately, we found some cleanliness issues; the bathroom had some hair and the floors could have used a good cleaning. However, the spacious balcony overlooking the pool was a lovely touch.
Service
7.0
The service varied. Some staff members were extremely lovely and accommodating, yet we did experience a tense moment with a receptionist, which was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect, close to a big shopping center and various cafes and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area.
Dining
5.0
Dining was quite a letdown with limited options, and the restaurant being closed during our stay was a big disappointment. Breakfast offerings were not up to par either.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were acceptable, with a nice pool area, but it would have been better if there were enough lounge chairs and towels available.

I really enjoyed my winter break at this resort! The one-bedroom upstairs room was absolutely lovely with a very comfortable king-sized bed. The heated spas were a highlight, and while the pool looked spectacular, I found it a bit too cold to use. However, the bathrooms left something to be desired, as they could really benefit from a deep clean. Overall, it's a nice place but with some areas needing attention.

Rooms

The one-bedroom upstairs room was lovely and very comfortable, although the bathrooms seemed dated and could use a thorough clean.
Service

Service was generally good but could be better; there were moments where I felt staff could be more attentive, especially concerning cleanliness issues.
