I had a lovely three-day break at a beautifully appointed one-bedroom apartment that overlooked the pool. It felt more like a home than a typical hotel stay, which was great for relaxation. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed during my visit, but they did offer a light breakfast at a reasonable price. Plus, there are so many wonderful dining options nearby, so it wasn't a big issue.

The hotel ended up being a mixed bag for us. We were greeted with extremely friendly staff who seemed eager to help, but we faced some frustrating issues from the start. The location was great, being near shopping and the beach, but the dining options left a lot to be desired as the restaurant was closed during our stay. I really enjoyed my winter break at this resort! The one-bedroom upstairs room was absolutely lovely with a very comfortable king-sized bed. The heated spas were a highlight, and while the pool looked spectacular, I found it a bit too cold to use. However, the bathrooms left something to be desired, as they could really benefit from a deep clean. Overall, it's a nice place but with some areas needing attention.
